Join Us for Bharata Natyam Dance!Bharata Natyam is a classical dance of South India. It brings together rhythm, graceful movement, expression, and awareness—integrating body and mind through the beauty of dance. Rebecca Busch has over 15 years of experience teaching this art and will guide you through an engaging introduction with an emphasis on the many ways dance can enhance our wellbeing.
In this beginner-friendly session you will learn rhythmic dance steps and hasta mudras, the hand gestures of Indian Classical dance.
Experience the joy of movement, rhythm, and expression. Come dance with us.
No previous dance experience is needed
All are welcome, ages 10+
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We will dance barefoot.
