What is slavery?
Slavery is when a person is controlled, oppressed, or deprived of the freedom to live with dignity and make their own choices. Slavery can be physical, but people can also become trapped by fear, hatred, injustice, addiction, and oppression.
What is freedom?
Freedom is the ability to live with dignity, make responsible choices, worship God, speak with wisdom, and respect the rights of others.
As believers, we remember the powerful words of Jesus:
📖 “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” — John 8:36
On Pakistan's Independence Day, let us thank God for the freedom we have and remember that freedom comes with responsibility. Let us use our freedom to promote peace, love, education, justice, unity, and service to humanity.
🙏 May God bless Pakistan and guide us to become responsible citizens who build a peaceful and prosperous nation.
