The Foundation for End of Life Care is excited to invite you to a meaningful community-education event featuring Dr. Lani Leary, a renowned expert in working with chronically ill, dying, and bereaved clients. This presentation aims to equip attendees with practical skills and strategies to support individuals in grief and foster a healing community.Presentation Details:

About Dr. Lani Leary:
Dr. Leary brings over 35 years of experience in psychotherapy, chaplaincy, and hospice counseling. She has worked with more than 1,000 individuals at the end of life and has guided hundreds of families through bereavement. Dr. Leary has held various prestigious roles, including Director of Mental Health Services at Whitman Walker AIDS Clinic and Professor of Death Studies at George Mason University. She is a certified expert in grief therapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy, and Critical Incident Stress Management. An accomplished speaker, Dr. Leary has presented nationally at over 300 conferences, including TED× Honolulu, and authored several influential works, including her latest book, No One Has To Die Alone: Preparing for a Meaningful Death.
