About this Event
This isn't a workshop about tools, prompts or the latest model release. It's a session about what stays human while everything else changes.
AI is already reshaping how we work, communicate and lead, faster than the habits, hierarchies, and org charts most workplaces were built around. And underneath all of it, our nervous systems are running on wiring far older than any of that.
This conventional evening session brings emerging and experienced leaders together to unpack that mismatch, and start figuring out, together, what leading well actually looks like when the ground keeps moving.
You'll leave with:
- A clearer read on what's genuinely new versus what's simply old wiring meeting a new problem
- A practical way to notice your own stress response before it runs the room
- A real conversation with others navigating the same shift, wherever they're starting from
Open to anyone in a leadership role, or stepping into one, who wants a more humanity-centric way to lead in an AI-shaped world.
Delivered by , Founder , , who works at the intersection of leadership, human behaviour and organisational change. Anne helps leaders better understand how people respond to pressure, uncertainty and rapid change, and how to stay grounded while navigating increasingly complex environments. Her approach brings a practical, humanity-centred perspective to leadership in a world being reshaped by technology.
