This is an interactive, hands-on workshop where we’ll tackle real workplace scenarios, work through hard conversations, and talk about how to hold people accountable with clarity, confidence, and kindness.
We’ll get into things like:
• missed expectations
• defensiveness and pushback
• resistance to change
• repeated behavior or performance issues
• knowing how firm to be without making things worse
And yes, this will be interactive. These groups are intentionally kept small so we can have real conversations, dig into real situations, and actually learn from each other.
