This interactive session is for the business owner who has mastered holding it all together yet quietly feels the cost of never putting anything down. This is not a conversation about rest. It is a practice. Participants will be guided into real-time breathwork, creating space to notice what shifts when the body is no longer bracing. Together, we will explore how emotional holding patterns live in the body, how they shape decision-making and daily rhythms, and how to gently interrupt them in the moment.
This session offers more than awareness. It offers a felt experience of what becomes possible when you allow yourself to exhale.
ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:
Meisha Pon, MBA is an operations leader with more than a decade of experience in human-centered leadership. She is the founder of MyCircle, a brand dedicated to helping women stop arguing with their own exhaustion and start trusting what their body has been trying to say.
Her work invites women to release the quiet performance of holding it all together, to lay down the mental gymnastics, and choose themselves without guilt. Because exhaustion is not a badge of honor.
She knows this intimately and now holds space for women to deconstruct the beliefs that have kept them bracing, over giving, and disconnected from themselves, so they can return home to who they are.
