Presented by Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa in collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico in Canada and La Hacienda, and led by Chef Sandra Arciniega-Lennox.
Step into a celebration of Mexican culinary heritage through a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner, where traditional flavours meet contemporary interpretations. Each course is inspired by the rich regional diversity of Mexico and the ingredients, stories and traditions that on the occassion of Día de Muertos - a celebration of life, family and culture.
Your evening will also feature a signature Ancho Paloma cocktail with Mezcal Reposado, perfectly complementing the flavours of the menu and setting the tone for an immersive culinary journey.
About the Guest Chef
Chef Sandra Arciniega-Lennox brings a deep connection to Mexican cuisine and a remarkable story of her own. Her expertise in huitlacoche, a celebrated Mexican ingredient, has been featured by the Toronto Star in collaboration with Trent University, while Global News has highlighted her journey from Mexico to Canada and her longstanding success as an entrepreneur.
