�� HELP ME GET MY GIRL TO HAWAII! ��Okay, Facebook family… I’m not used to asking for help, but Mama needs her village for this one. �
This Thanksgiving, my daughter has been given an AMAZING opportunity to travel to Hawaii and perform in a Thanksgiving Day parade with her colorguard team! �
But this isn’t just a trip to Hawaii.
She’s a SENIOR. She’s a CAPTAIN. And this is her LAST season with her team. ��
These are the girls she has practiced with, competed with, performed with, laughed with, struggled with, and grown up alongside. In a few months, they’ll graduate and begin going their separate ways. There will never be another senior year or another chance to take this trip together.
And I desperately want her to be there.
Here’s the hard part…
� The trip costs more than $7,000.
Her father and his side of the family are not involved in her life or financially contributing toward the trip, which means the responsibility for getting her to Hawaii falls entirely on me.
I’m going to do everything I possibly can to cover as much as I can myself—but $7,000+ is simply more than I can manage alone.
So I’m swallowing a little pride and asking for help. �
My goal is to raise approximately half of the cost through GoFundMe while I work on taking care of the rest.
And PLEASE don’t think a small donation doesn’t matter.
If 350 people gave $10, we’d reach $3,500. �
That’s it.

And this mama is going to do everything she can to make sure Hawaii is one of them. �
