Launch Your Podcast is a one-day recording experience for creators who are ready to press record. Bring your guest, bring your conversation, and step into a fully set podcast station at Fusion in Tampa — lit, mic'd and captured by the team at Trae Firstclass Productions. Powered by Brand Vision Pros.
First episode or fiftieth, the goal is the same: walk in with an idea, walk out with a recording you're proud to put your name on.
Only 8 recording sessions. One booking reserves one session for your show.
THIS IS A TICKETED, CLOSED EVENT. Entry is limited to booked sessions and their guests. Each booking admits up to 4 people: you, your podcast guest, and up to 2 companions (a co-host, assistant, videographer or plus-one). There is no general admission and no walk-ins.
CHOOSE YOUR SESSION
Record Session — $349 (first two bookings $299**)
A 60-minute station appointment with up to 45 minutes of recording. Professional video capture, two podcast microphones, studio lighting and a styled lounge set. Your raw audio and video files delivered within 5 business days.
Launch Package — $649
Everything in the Record Session, plus we finish it for you: a fully edited episode and 3 vertical clips cut for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Delivered within 10 business days with one round of revisions. Walk out ready to launch.
EVERY SESSION INCLUDES
- Two on-mic seats: one host and one podcast guest (need a third mic for a co-host? email us before booking)
- Entry for up to 4 people total per booking, including your podcast guest
- Pro video capture and podcast-grade audio
- Styled lounge set with LED lighting
- Your show branding on the station screen (submitted in advance)
- Check-in, sound check and an on-site production team
