Rhythm is a dynamic group session where fitness meets fun through Latin dance. You’ll enjoy an engaging and high-energy cardio workout inspired by rhythms like merengue, bachata, salsa and reggaeton, guided in a simple and inclusive way — no experience needed.
This is not just a class, it’s a space to:

At the end of each session, there will be a short social moment to connect and interact with other participants.
