Every active Colorado broker has to complete the 2026 ACU before the end of the year. Skip the four hours alone at your kitchen table and knock it out in one afternoon, in person, with a room full of other agents. This ACU class is completely free.

📚 What the 2026 ACU covers
This is the Colorado Division of Real Estate's required 4-hour course for 2026. It walks through compliance issues the Division is seeing, general practice issues, new Commission rules and position statements, changes to Colorado contracts and forms, legislative updates, and the Division's news and resources.
