Rooftop Yoga, Soundbath + Brunch
Join us for a rooftop morning designed to help you slow down, reset, and enjoy yourself.
We’ll begin with breathwork, yoga, guided meditation, and a sound bath to help you release tension, clear your mind, and come back to center. This experience is open to all levels and created to feel supportive, intentional, and easy to drop into.
After the session, stay for brunch, drinks, and good energy. We’re ending May on a high note with a morning that feels good from start to finish.
