About this Event
Landlord Networking is London’s dedicated business community for residential and commercial landlords, property investors and professionals working across the Capital’s rental and lettings sectors.
Our events are relaxed, friendly and informal, attracting a broad mix of attendees—from landlords of all sizes and portfolio investors to letting agents, solicitors, architects, surveyors and other property specialists.
Each ticket includes two drinks (alcoholic or soft), a buffet with v.options, and your own printed attendee sheet to help you follow up with new contacts.
Join us for our October 2026 Business Networking Reception at the wonderful Davys at St.James in Mayfair. Enjoy drinks, music, great food and the chance to talk property, share ideas, meet fellow landlords and build valuable new relationships.

A former Champagne cellar with vaulted ceilings, Davy’s at St. James’s has long been a popular part of St. James society with its well-stocked wine bar and fabulous restaurant - a great haunt for a hearty lunchtime meal and after-work drinks. Join us in their private cellar bar for friendly networking and new business connections.
It’s a relaxed and productive way to end the working day and line up meetings for the year ahead—just don’t forget your business cards.
Running for over a decade, our events remain a proven, cost-effective and enjoyable way to grow your network and generate new business.
