Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, basic math, reading, computer, and mechanical skills.
- Candidates must have reliable transportation, be flexible to work any shift, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and successfully complete required training, a drug screening, and background check.
- Preference for candidates demonstrating recent, consistent work history.
- Preference for candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth in a manufacturing setting.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at the manufacturing site including high temperatures. The noise level in the work environment may be loud.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing stairs, reach above and below chest level, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with arms. This position works at various levels. The employee needs to be able to work on a platform, up to 80 feet high, with a grated floor. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds and may be exposed to chemical, non-toxic fumes or dust. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: The employee will occasionally be exposed to Cold Temperatures <55 degrees and Heat >100 degrees. The environment is well lit; The noise level in the environment is loud due to exposure and use of fork trucks, but employee may be exposed to higher than 85 decibels on occasion, hearing protection is required. Employee may be occasionally required to enter confined spaces.
