About this Event
Put your birth preparation into practice! This interactive class helps you and your support person develop practical skills to navigate labor, manage discomfort, and support your body throughout the birth process.
Learn how your body prepares for birth, what to expect during the stages of labor, and pushing methods. Practice comfort measures and pain management techniques, explore position changes that may help during labor, and discover useful tools and items to support your comfort. You’ll have opportunities to practice techniques that can be used during labor and learn how your support person can help you feel more comfortable, supported, and confident.
Bring your birth partner or support person to practice comfort measures, explore labor positions, and learn ways to support you throughout labor and birth.
It is highly recommended that you attend Labor and Birth - Part 1 prior to attending this class.
