Tuesday, October 13th, come support us as we pitch the idea that Adventure Has No Kennel to La Crosse SOUP at the Myrick Park Main Shelter! At the Coulee Region Humane Society, we believe every dog deserves more than just a kennel, a food bowl, and a place to sleep. They deserve to experience life.
That’s where our Doggy Day Out, Doggy Sleepover, and Special Ops Doggy Day Out programs come in. Last year, our community gave our dogs more than 700 adventures.
With the grant from La Crosse SOUP we will be able to not only keep providing the supplies these adventures require but expand experience that celebrates the incredible Driftless Region we call home and gets people outside with a shelter dog by their side.
Come vote for our Doggy Day Out Program, because adventure has no kennel!
The evening will include community conversation, soup, and voting on four different community pitches supporting local programs and organizations. Whoever has the most votes, receives funding for their program. The event begins at 5:00 PM, with pitches starting at 6:00 PM.
Voting Results will be announced on October 17th at the La Crosse Adventure Films Film Fest.
