Join Taj Chander for a powerful session of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation devoted to clearing what lingers in the psychic body—old impressions, karmic noise, subconscious patterns, and inner hauntings.
This is a night to work with the breath, the spine, and the sound current to move energy out of the shadows and into the light.
We’ll practice kriyas that stir the subtle channels.
We’ll chant to dissolve lingering mental imprints.
We’ll sit with what still clings—and ask it to release.
The darkening season invites depth. Now is the time to clear the ghosts within—as the light begins to rise again.
