Kundalini Yoga is a way to raise self awareness and to experience your highest consciousness!

Incorporating both spiritual and physical aspects of yoga, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques and meditation. The goal is to help to strengthen intuition and willpower. It works very efficiently as one can feel changes in the body and psyche within a few minutes and deeper changes through regular practice.

The practice is great for building stamina, strengthening the body, increasing lung capacity and helping people to break unwanted habits and addictions.

Celebrate a double treat of an immersive Kundalini experience complimented by a soul soothing sound healing. Shirley compliments each class with a Gong Bath to help one experience the deeper connection of body and mind. The deep resonating sounds will enable one to go into a deeply meditated state, allowing the mind and body to fully decompress and let go.

Shirley Tay is the co-founder of ReDefine Wellness. She is a Sound Meditation and Energy teacher, training and certifying Sound and Energy Therapist. She empowers people to heal through emotional, relationship, mental, spiritual wellness and life purpose coaching. Besides offering personalised Innerchild therapy, Past Life Regression and Between Life therapy, she also leads Meditation and Wellness workshops and retreats, for both individual, private groups and corporates.
