Do you have a sewing machine that you just haven't got round to using as you're not quite sure what to do? Or would just like to have a go at machine sewing on one of our stash machines? Join us, with Super-sewer Helen East, for a workshop learning your way around it! You'll learn how to thread, wind the bobbin, adjust tension, understand the machine settings, and practice using a machine with a few simple seams. You should be comfortable to use your machine at home after this session and build your confidence. Just bring your machine or borrow one of ours - everything else is included but bring your own sewing kit to get used to using it if you have one.
