About this Event
Fitz Gessler is performing in Amsterdam for the first time; bringing his laid-back, sharp take on life in Europe to the stage.
Originally from New Zealand 🇳🇿 with German parents 🇩🇪 and now based in Berlin, Fitz has become a familiar face across Europe’s comedy scene, performing everywhere from small clubs to theaters. His mix of Kiwi and German gives a unique perspective rarely seen.
You might recognise him from his stand-up clips online (with millions of views 👀), where he shares funny, honest observations about European culture, dating, and family life.

His comedic style is warm, punchy and absurd; a loveable Kiwi adapting to his fast-paced life in Europe.
He has performed with Don’t Tell Comedy, Top Secret Comedy Club, The Comedy Store, and Fusion Festival — and opened for Yvette Segan, Jaboukie Young-White, and Tamer Kattan.
😊 What to expect:
A relaxed, fun night of comedy with plenty of laughs, relatable stories, and a fresh outsider’s perspective on life in Europe.
