Whether you are building a startup and looking for someone to join your team, or you have skills and experience you want to bring into a startup, Finder gives you the opportunity to meet potential matches and explore what you could build together.

You are building a startup and looking for complementary talent to join your team as a co-founder or employee: whether in business, technology, marketing, finance, research or another field.
💡 Joiner / Startup Talent
You have skills and experience you want to bring into a startup and are looking for a 16+ hour per week role in an Amsterdam-based startup as a co-founder or employee.
Finder welcomes talent from different professional backgrounds and levels of experience.
What to expect
Finder combines preparation, structured matchmaking and informal networking to help you focus on the connections with the most potential.
Before the event, participants will receive information about the founders, startups and talent profiles attending, giving you the opportunity to identify who you would most like to meet.
During the event, you will take part in a series of short 1-to-1 conversations with potential matches. These introductions are designed to help you quickly explore mutual interest and identify the conversations worth continuing.
