Anyone fancy an couple of hours dedicated to the beautiful Japanese art of Kinusaiga (Kimekomi patchwork). It is an incredibly relaxing, stitch-free craft where you create gorgeous textured picture boards by tucking fabric scraps into pre-cut designs, the ultimate way to repurpose all those old clothes you have hanging about. It is the perfect way to spend a few creative hours, meet local crafters, and learn a completely new skill over a cup of tea and a slice of cake. Everything would be provided from the boards, frame, tools and some fab fabric, you can just turn up, unwind, and leave with a finished piece you are proud of. No prior crafting experience needed at all. If you have any fabric scraps or a small sharp scissors you are very welcome to bring them along.
Picture size is 20cm x 20cm and different designs are supplied but you are welcome to bring your own.
