Debby is a globally recognized award winning session vocalist.
Debby trained at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, where she was named Outstanding Vocalist of the Year. Debby has performed with world-renowned artists and has toured with Mariah Carey, Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Diana Ross. From Jazz and Soul to Funk and Pop.
Debby has performed on television, at international festivals, and at prestigious venues such as Wembley Arena and The Royal Albert Hall in London. Debby's powerful voice and remarkable versatility guarantee a truly unforgettable evening of live music at Kingsclere Bowling Club.
In the Rhythm Section on piano we have Andy Sturmey
Andy began playing the piano at age 5 and joined NYJO at 15. Classically trained at the Royal Academy of Music and Goldsmiths' College.
Andy was the first student to perform a full Jazz piano programme for his finals alongside a classical one. Andy also plays organ and violin.
Andy has enjoyed a distinguished international career performing worldwide with icons like Elton John, George Michael, Diana Ross, George Benson, Rod Stewart, Chuck Berry, Ronan Keating, Westlife to name but a few. He has worked extensively in the Top London musicals backing legendary performers including Michael Crawford, Elaine Paige, Alfie Boe, Brooke Shields, Michael Ball, Denise van Outen etc
Andy has appeared on many tv shows and radio broadcasts for the BBC and played for members of the Royal Family in private and public engagements.
He has performed at some of the great Music Venues eg The Royal Albert Hall, Madison Square Garden, Casino de Monte-Carlo, Ronnie Scotts, Vortex, 606, PizzaExpress, 100Club, Baked Potato, Blue Note, etc
On Bass we are so honoured to have Marianne Windham ⭐️
Marianne is the founder and driving force behind Guildford Jazz, Marianne is a distinctive presence on bass.
Since becoming a full time musician 15 years ago, she has become a respected and in demand player and performs regularly at leading jazz venues and Festivals across the UK.
Marianne was Awarded the ‘Services to Jazz Award’ in the 2025 Parliamentary Jazz Awards for outstanding contribution to jazz in the UK.
Marianne is also the founder and chair of the Cheryl King Trust which helps fund music lessons for low income families.

On Drums we have the one and only Brian Greene ⭐️
Brian Greene is a professional freelance drummer with a wide range of playing and recording experience, across many styles of music.
His early career was largely in commercial music and he played on TV programmes such Generation Game, Who do you do and Record Breakers, as well as supporting artists in live work such as Panto, Summer Seasons and Tours. During that time Brian worked with many variety artists, such as: Bradley Walsh, Freddie Starr and Marti Caine, as well as pop artists including: Cliff Richard, Leo Sayer and George Benson.
Brian has always had a portfolio career and was a university lecturer at The University of West London, Head of Academic Drum Studies at Drumtech and more recently an award winning curriculum creator, developing the interactive online music school Gigajam, which he still owns and runs.
Brian is a busy drum teacher with Gigajam, he records from his own studio in High Wycombe for various music producers and artists including: Noisehook Production, Russ Ballard, Max Milligan (Library Music), Colin Medlock, Producer and Artist, and also maintains a busy schedule performing live. Currently Brian is the drummer with International Rock Band Space Elevator, and plays on Theatre Touring Shows; Streisand Woman In Love, Forever Diamond as well as often covering the drum chair for the shows: Hello Again, Adele Hometown Glory and Celine Dion.
His own projects include co running, managing and being part of the house band for Pangbourne Jazz Club, as well as the permanant drummer in the BBO Big Band.
