About this Event
This is an evening for people who are passionate about Kinbaku to gather socially - enjoying good food, drinks, company, tie, talk about rope, and watch intimate sessions as they unfold naturally.
Doors open at 5:30pm
Evening begins at 6:00pm
Event finishes at 10:30pm
During the evening, there will be two live sessions by:
- Naoko (@nawanaoko) & model TBC
- Masa (@tsubaki_syosei) & Bry (@cherryknot.rope)
There is intentionally no structured performance timetable. The sessions will begin when the moment feels right.
Attendees will also have opportunities to tie. We want to preserve the feeling of a session space rather than a practice lab, so tying should be approached with intention while those around you watch, talk, and socialise quietly.
To keep the room comfortable and intimate, we will limit tying to approximately 2–3 pairs at any one time.
Food & drinks
You are very welcome to bring food and drinks to share with the group. Sharing something around the room is part of the spirit of the evening.
As the venue is a tatami room, please choose food that is easy and tidy to eat. Avoid anything particularly saucy, crumbly, greasy, or likely to create spills or mess.
