A 5 week series from October 28-Dec 2 (no class nov 11)
The cost for the series is $15 a class, or it's $20 drop-in (if there's space)
The class size is for 8 kids or less.
I'm looking forward to having fun with the kiddos, as we stretch, move, and explore through playful postures. We will play games and use our imagination, making yoga fun and interactive. We'll also make space for little moments of stillness, mindfulness, and meditation, while connecting with ourselves and each other along the way
