Kiddush Levana, or the sanctification of the new moon, is a chance to come together to bless the power of renewal.
About this Event

Please join us to learn from the moon & to connect with a ritual that isn’t the most well known - but can be found in any Siddur & has happened in many places over a long & old history. This re-inspired musical moon ritual punctuates our time with a moment to pause, look up to the sky together, raise our voices in chant, & recognize the moon as a powerful symbol for renewal, like the Lurianic Kabbalists did.

This ritual is tied to the Kabbalistic story of the sun & moon, where the moon represents all that has been silenced within each of us & in the world -- all the invisble & subjugated. It is for these that the moon shines & when we bless her, we illuminate & elevate the marginlized everywhere.

Space is limited to 10 people, as this gathering is at someone's home. After you register, you will be sent the exact address.
