Kettlebell Express was a hit, so I'm adding it to the schedule every Saturday at 10am!30 minutes of smart, joint-friendly strength and conditioning designed for adults who want to feel stronger, more energized, and confident with kettlebells.
In just half an hour you will:
- Learn or review the basics of safe kettlebell technique (hinge, squat, push, pull, carry).
- Get a focused, full-body strength and conditioning session without feeling beat up.
- Experience the Forever Young Studios coaching style and supportive community.
- All fitness levels are welcome. We’ll provide modifications and help you choose the right weight so you feel challenged, not overwhelmed.
Who's it for
- Adults who want to get stronger and improve conditioning without high-impact workouts.
- Current members curious about a shorter, focused kettlebell option.
- Non-members who want to experience the studio before committing to a program.
