About this Event
This friendly speed-dating event aims to bring together progressive like-minded (single) individuals to get to know one another. We'll start with some icebreakers within small groups, followed by rounds of speed-dating, 6-8 minutes each. In each round, you'll have a new conversation partner. You can meet people either for relationships or for friendships (you can indicate this on the sign-up sheet). If you both enjoyed the interaction, you will receive each other's contact details after the event.
All applications will be pre-moderated.
Upon entrance, you will be served with one (non-)alcoholic drink. Throughout the event, there will be soft drinks available.
100% of the proceedings will go towards London-based grassroots organisations that are currently low in funds (House of Anneta, whom are hosting us for this event, and Captain Support UK). We will mention more about the work of our two chosen grassroots organisations at the event, and be transparent about how much money we've raised. If you would like to support the cause, but cannot join (because you're not single, or you're not in London) you have the option to support via a solidarity ticket. All tickets are non-refundable.
