A Beginner's Compendium in Karate Jutsu,"KARATE JUTSU FOR BEGINNERS- Techniques for white belt/red stripe"
This compendium is primarily aimed at the beginner. It is well illustrated and covers all the techniques of 8 Kyu Karate Jutsu.
It is intended to be a help for both you who train and our instructors.
It provides an introduction to our style's basic training methodology, self-defense and fighting.
The white belt with a red stripe means a basic introduction to the 3K of Karate:
• Kihon
• Kata
• Kumite
You will also learn some simple applications and start building your physique. You are introduced to karate etiquette rules.
Kata is introduced with the basic Kata Taikyoku Shodan.
