Come ready to cook, sing, and celebrate! In this hands-on cooking experience, Chef Alissia Trent will guide you through the art of making fresh handmade tortillas and preparing flavorful Achiote Citrus Chicken Tacos.
After cooking, grab your margarita, enjoy the tacos you've created, and get ready to sing along during karaoke while enjoying fabulous drag performances throughout the evening.
Whether you're a karaoke superstar or just coming to enjoy the show, this is a night filled with great food, music, laughter, and entertainment.

- One ticket purchase is valid for one guest.
- One complimentary margarita is served per guest.
- Guests may also BYOB beverages.
- Guests participating in alcohol service must present a valid government-issued ID confirming they are 21 or older.
- Please notify Cooking with Cass in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can determine whether accommodations can be made.

Refund & Cancellation Policies
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable for individually purchased tickets.
For groups of 5–10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit toward a future class or event.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If Cooking with Cass cancels or reschedules an event, guests will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided at registration and offered an appropriate refund or credit.
While we are unable to offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests are always welcome to send someone in their place, as we understand that unexpected circumstances happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
