KAISEN RUNNING COMMUNITY (3K RUN)

The Kaisen Running Community is a Christian step-into-fitness running community for all levels. We pushing through the London streets and supported by professional who are skilled and decidated to making sure everyone is safe, empowered with Scripture, and no one is left behind.

KAISEN, now 25 members strong, has been built to tackle social isolation, improve the mental health and wellbeing of those in hard-to-reach sectors of London, and to create a natural, friendly, co-operative group of beginners who haven't exercised in months or years, to start their journey again with supportive people who are taking the leap of faith to do the same.
