MEET YOUR FACULTY
Dr Khalil Ahmed
Medical Director - Consultant Anaesthetist FRCA
Dr Ahmed is the Medical director of The Seymour Clinic, The International Andrology, Harley Street nurses and the Chelsea Aesthetic Academy. He is one the most senior and most experienced anaesthetists in London and the UK with more than 30,000 operations in his career spanning over 30 years of experience.
Dr Ahmed is an expert in Perioperative Medicine and Pre-Operative optimisations for high-risk patients. He is also a consultant in Acute Pain Management and Intensive Care Medicine. He runs his own Pre-Operative Assessment clinics in the heart of Harley Street and at The Seymour Clinic.
He is an international speaker and trainer in Perioperative medicine and a trainer in regional anaesthesia.
Additionally, Dr Ahmed is running a fast access GP clinic at The Seymour clinic for urgent consultations. He also specialises in Aesthetic procedures within the clinic including Botox and PRP injections. He is one of the few in the field who offers non-surgical treatments for Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and other upper limb pain areas.
His innovation in fast truck enhanced surgeries is highly reputable as are his innovations in Day Surgery procedures. He has an excellent patient feedback and is frequently requested by patients to tend to them nationally and internationally. Dr Ahmed speaks and writes in Arabic as well as English.
As a Medical Director of The Seymour Clinic, Dr Ahmed ensures the continuous provision of exceptional medical services and warrants patient safety before, during and after surgery. His inspirational leadership style and patient-centred approach is translucent by his motto “The care is standardised in the UK by the regulators. TRAINING-FEE REIMBURSEMENT
