For those who want to go deeper than a weekly class allows, join Jess for a series of three 75-minute chakra workshops. Each one pairs two or three related chakras for an extended practice — more time to explore, more time to feel the shift. Come to one or all three; no prior experience with the Monday series required.
Root & Sacral — Sunday, Oct 18 at 1pm: Build your foundation. This workshop grounds you in stability while opening the door to creativity and flow, the two energetic roots of everything that follows.
Solar Plexus & Heart — Sunday, Nov 15 at 1pm: Step into your power, then soften into connection. This workshop moves from confidence and willpower into love and compassion, bridging strength with an open heart.
Throat, Third Eye & Crown — Wednesday, Dec 2 at 7pm: Rise into your highest self. This workshop moves through truth, intuition, and awareness, the three upper chakras that connect you to expression, insight, and something greater.
