Journaling with Tarot is a contemplative way for readers of all levels to connect with the wisdom of the tarot and learn more about each individual card.
Through journaling, we tune into the card for ourselves, so that we may gain a better understanding and personal connection with the card.
Each week we explore a different featured card! (See below for card schedule)
You don’t even need a tarot deck! Just bring a journal, and be open to the card's wisdom.
In each class we will:
- Center — Begin with a centering meditation to fully arrive and be present
- Learn — Explore the featured card’s meaning - upright & reversal themes, and symbolism (via Academics Corner).
- Write — Journaling prompts to connect with our featured card and how it may be showing up for you in your life
- Share — Discuss insights that arose for you in your journaling
- Pull a card for the group! — Lastly, I will pull a card and tune into what message wants to come through for those of us in this space together.
