Join us this Talk Money Week for a gathering of the free money advice sector. This event will feature insightful discussions, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities, with speakers from the Scottish Government, Accountant in Bankruptcy, and Financial Ombudsman Service confirmed. Sessions will cover topics such as advice services workforce retention and development, and debt solutions application process. We encourage attendees to start thinking ahead about the questions and discussion points they’d like to bring to the conference.
We are pleased to confirm that Simita Kumar MSP, Minister for Equalities and International Development, who has responsibility for welfare and debt advice services, will be joining us at the conference. The Minister will give a short address, followed by a Q&A with attendees. You can submit a question for the Minister when completing your registration form. Questions must be submitted in advance by 21st October. A limited number will be selected for the Q&A.
