Afternoon session 2pm – 5.30pm – Teaching and Meditation on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness
Sunday 13th October 2024
Morning session 11am -1pm – Teaching and Practice – Lama Chopa Tsok Offering and Achi Chokyi Drolma practice
1-2pm - Lunch (Tea and coffee provided, please bring a packed lunch)
Afternoon session 2pm – 5.30pm – Teachings on the Meaning of Taking Refuge & “The Fivefold Path of Mahamudra Supplication Prayer”.
ATTENDANCE BY DONATION, RECCOMMENDED £15 PER DAY TO HELP COVER VENUE AND TRAVEL COSTS. TEACHINGS ARE OFFERED FOR FREE.
