About this Event
In this immersive five-hour workshop, you'll explore three different approaches to working with silver — from designing and cutting sheet silver, to creating an organic gemstone pendant from molten metal, to forming an elegant open ring without soldering.
You'll be guided through each project step by step, learning fundamental jewellery-making techniques while discovering just how versatile a small piece of silver can be.

🌸 Pendant
Design and create a sterling silver pendant from sheet silver.
💎 Gemstone Pendant
Melt scrap silver and set your choice of a lab-grown ruby or sapphire into the molten metal, creating an organic, pebble-like pendant.
✨ Open Ring
Form and finish an elegant open silver ring without soldering.
By the end of the day, you'll have three pieces of jewellery made entirely by you — and hopefully a new appreciation for the wonderful, slightly addictive world of jewellery making.
