We’re hosting a Studio Showroom Sale to clear out high-quality modern studio furniture, office workstations, designer footwear, and home decor. These pieces are in pristine/excellent condition - ideal for anyone furnishing a home office, local business, or living space.

To ensure a smooth, uncrowded shopping experience in our building, entry is by free time-slot reservation on Eventbrite, with small groups admitted each hour.

• Kitchenware, home accessories & designer women's apparel/shoes (Sizes S–M | Shoes 7.5–8)

Event & Payment Rules:

• Free RSVP Required: Please reserve a time slot to help us manage elevator and building traffic.
• Accepted Payments: Cash or Zelle ONLY. (Sorry - no Venmo or Cash App).
• Logistics: Elevator building with easy roll-out access. Buyers are responsible for moving assistance and vehicle transport for larger furniture pieces.
