About this Event
Jennifer Bonner is an architectural designer, educator, and founding director of the practice MALL. Bonner’s design and research challenge architectural conventions through playful geometry, representation, faux finishes, and innovative construction methods, prominently displayed in her groundbreaking cross-laminated timber (CLT) residence, Haus Gables, and her book Blank: Speculations on CLT. Her work has received numerous accolades, including the United States Artist Fellowship, Architectural League Prize for Young Architects + Designers, an Emerging Voices Award, and a Progressive Architecture (P/A) Award. She was an Associate Professor of Architecture and Director of the M.Arch II program at Harvard GSD from 2015-2023, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University and a Master of Architecture from Harvard GSD.
