About this Event
As women, we face so many challenges. And oftentimes we don't address how these issus are impacting our mental health. We simply move from one situation to the next, never checking in on ourselves to make sure we are good. Why? Well, it's because we have conditioned ourselves to "just keep going" ... hoping that a break or relief will manifest out of thin air. But Ladies, this rarely, if ever happens. No... it never happens!!
Listen, no one will ever take as good of care of you as you... This is why it is vitally important that we make the necessary steps to become responsible for our mental health. Sisters, we must learn how to put ourselves first. And we must learn how to take care of ourselves, spirt, soul and body.
So, come join us on Saturday, November 7, 2026 as we discuss the topic "Women's Mental Health, whose responsibility is it anyway?"
You will be so happy that you did. We will see you soon!!!
Love ya'll!!! Teta.
*Registration is from 8:30am to 9:00am and light refreshments will be served.
