About this Event
Japanese food is everywhere in Vancouver, from sushi counters to grocery shelves. But what does it actually take to bring a Japanese food product to Canadian tables, and to build a food business here?
Vancouver Connect vol.3 brings together four perspectives on the Japanese food business in Canada: a producer exporting Kochi rice, JETRO's trade and export support, a global food distributor, and a restaurant group operating in both Japan and Canada.
