During this cooking class, we will be making the most popular Christmas cake in Japan. Chef Akebono will pre-bake the cake, and we will decorate it in class. This class is perfect for kids to participate in, too!
Date: Saturday, December 12, 2026
Time: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Location: BCC's Community Room
Cost: $15 per person
Your class fee covers the cost of your meal & ingredients.
Akebono is a talented chef from Japan who volunteers to teach cooking classes at BCC. All are welcome, but space is limited. Please RSVP early by calling or stopping by the store.
