Join us, along with for a delicious and interactive cooking class!

We think the best salt will always make wonderful ingredients shine, and with the compliment of skilled preparations and technique, this makes for unparalleled flavor.

Learn “how to cook a steak” from the pros at Snake River Farms as they showcase three steaks and prepare them with different techniques. You'll leave with an understanding of the differences between the cuts along with several methods to prepare them so you can confidently cook for your loved ones at home. For over five decades, Snake River Farms has raised and delivered the world's finest American Wagyu beef — a pursuit of quality that begins at the ranch and ends at your table.

What to Expect:

This will be an indoor/outdoor cooking event held at Jacobsen Salt Co. HQ.

You will be welcomed with sips of sparkling wine from Lytle-Barnett, an Oregon based winery handcrafting Traditional Method Sparkling wines from the Eola Amity Hills AVA and named a 2026 finalist by Wine Enthusiast for American Winery of the Year! The most beautiful wines to pair perfectly with the truly beautiful steaks!

Your tickets include live demos, bites of prime cuts of steak, curated side dishes featuring Jacobsen salts, hand selected wines from Lytle Barnett , NA beverages and a gift of our signature pure flake finishing salt! There will be about an hour of educational programming with live cooking demonstration, experience Jacobsen products in action and get all your questions answered.

STEELPORT Knife Co. will be there showing off their heirloom American-forged carbon steel cutlery. STEELPORT'S knives deliver trusted performance, exceptional design, and handcrafted individuality through rigorous attention to detail.
