What you can do:
- Crop & Fit: Crop hems, shorten silhouettes, or alter the fit to suit your style.
- Patches & Inserts: Incorporate contrasting fabrics, lace, or custom fabric inserts.
- Decorations & Accents: Pimp up your piece with buttons, rhinestones, pearls, patches, or metal hardware like eyelets and press studs.
In the process, you will also:
- Learn how to set up and use a sewing machine.
- Learn some basic hand-stitching techniques for attaching delicate details like pearls, crystals, and buttons.
This workshop is super beginner-friendly—no previous sewing experience is needed! All studio tools and machines are provided, along with a wide selection of materials to pimp up your blazer—including extra fabrics, buttons, pearls, crystals, and hardware. Feel free to bring your favorite thrifted finds or special trims.
Don´t forget to bring your creativity and you will leave with a super cool new piece!
