Change can impact us all, but for kids, moving schools can be the first real change they ever experience.
It’s completely natural for them to feel a bit anxious or stressed our about what’s to come.
During these play-shops, we’ll introduce EFT, tapping to release worries, so they feel less intimidating and provide a range of tools to enhance confidence, so your child feels emotionally prepared for secondary school.
Each session is unique, so your child can come to one or many.
