It Takes a Village: A Birth Panel Q&A
Advertisement
One night, five providers, and room for all the pregnancy and postpartum questions you've been holding onto.
Pregnancy brings so many questions, and there isn't always time to get to all of them in one appointment. This evening gives you space to slow down, sit with a group of local birth and postpartum providers, and ask what's been on your mind. We'll talk about building a birth team that supports you, what you really need to know during pregnancy to prepare for birth and the weeks after, and how each of us works together to care for you. Come with your questions, or just come to listen. Either way, you'll leave knowing your village is right here in the Tri-Cities.
📅 Tuesday, October 27th | 6:00-7:30 PM
📍 Empassion Pelvic Health | 114 E Unaka Ave, JC, TN
What We'll Talk About: deciding your birth preferences, what a birth team is and how to build yours, what to focus on during pregnancy to prepare for birth & beyond, caring for your body and pelvic floor before, during, & after birth, feeding support and what to plan for ahead of time, caring for your mental health through pregnancy & postpartum, and anything else you've been wanting to ask!
Free to attend, partners welcome.
