About this Event
ISC2 Hawaii - October Membership Meeting - Before You Turn On Copilot.
Copilot is one of the most powerful tools Microsoft offers today, making information easier to find and use than ever before. It can reach anything your permissions allow, and most organizations have shared far more than they realize.
Join ISC2 Hawaii with VPLS and Cyber Kia'i for a briefing on preparing Microsoft 365 for a secure, successful Copilot rollout. We’ll explore how identity, permissions, data governance, and everyday security practices lay the foundation for getting real value from AI.
This session will help you recognize hidden access risks, protect sensitive information, and understand what to check before expanding adoption. We’ll also cover why monitoring, user training, and a controlled pilot matter just as much as the technology.
Leave with three practical actions you can take Monday morning: review what users can actually access, find sensitive data blind spots, and build a pilot that helps your team move forward with confidence.
SPECIAL GUEST PRESENTATION! ISC2 Hawaii Professional member Bryan Que will also be presenting on Human Behaviors and Zero Trust.
