Join us for the IPxNW Autumn Networking Dinner on Thursday 22 October. Arrivals are from 18.30, with dinner at 19.00.
IPxNW is a society for patent attorneys, trade mark attorneys, solicitors and barristers practising intellectual property law in the North West. Whether you're a seasoned lawyer or just starting out, this is the perfect opportunity for you to connect with like-minded intellectual property lawyers. Tickets include a three-course meal with the following options:
Starters:
- Hot honey glazed chicken (with buckwheat & giant couscous gains, coriander yoghurt)
- Crispy calamari (with garlic aioli, lemon)
- Slow-Cooked Pork Cheeks (streaky bacon, parsnip puree, red wine jus, beef dripping crumb)
- Grilled goats' cheese salad (with chardonnay-pickled blackberries, beetroot, croutons, sherry vinegar & honey dressing)
Main courses:
- Pan-roasted chicken (with brown butter mash, oyster mushrooms, pancetta & tarragon white wine sauce)
- Steak & kidney suet pudding (buttered mash, red wine gravy)
- Pan-seared trout (with bubble & squeak cake, tenderstem broccoli, white wine & parsley sauce, poached heritage hen egg)
- Risotto verde (with caugette, tenderstem broccoli, peas, wild garlic salsa verde, capers, pumpkin seeds, lemon)
- Ribeye steak (with fries, dressed watercress)
Desserts:
- Blackberry & redcurrant eton mess (with meringue, whipped cream, berry coulis)
- Chocolate torte (with blackcurrent sorbet, belgian cocoa crumb, blackberries)
- Bramley apple & plum crumble (with stem ginger ice cream - vegan option available)
- Glazed lemon tart (with creme fraiche)
