This year, we’re shifting the focus upstream to early prevention, early identification, and timely intervention. Join us for an interactive roundtable and panel discussion where we’ll explore how interprofessional collaboration can promote healthier futures for children, families, and communities.

Using Pre-K and elementary schools, youth organizations, and family-centered community settings as our lens, we’ll look at how healthcare pros, educators, community partners, families, and others can work together to:
