Investigate The Haunting of Linville Manor in Maryland with Adam Berry

PLEASE NOTE: There are 5 rooms available each evening for overnight guests. Each room can accommodate 2 people. These rooms are first come first serve for bookings and NOT included in the price of admission to the investigation. If you want to book a room for both Friday and Saturday night you must have a ticketpurchasedfor each investigation evening. Guests who stay overnight will also receive a special keepsake from Linville Manor.

Guests staying overnight may bring snacks and beverages as needed, and will have access to a refrigerator / kitchen area.

6pm - Check-in begins

6pm - 7:30pm - Meet and Greet with Adam Berry and theowner of Linville Manor. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know your fellow guests, grab some exclusive merchandise from Adam Berry, and take pictures with our hosts, while exploring the house as the sun sets to reveal the dark corners of this haunted manor. Also, we will unearth stories of the manor's tragic past, share personal supernatural experiences, and open the floor for any paranormal quandaries.

7:30pm - 8:30pm - Get to know your intuitive self. This experiment will help you ground yourself before we begin our investigation for the night. No experience is necessary as this will be a learning curve for everyone involved. Open your mind and calm your fears as we dive deeper into your own abilities.

8:30pm - 12am - Once grounded we will begin our investigation. The hour before will be very important in determining where YOU will begin your explorations. Adam will be on hand to investigate with you and assist as needed. Curious about the Estes Method? Join Adam for a formal introduction to the technique and watch as other participants try their hand at contacting the ghosts of the Linville Manor. Our investigation will be spread throughout the Manor giving everyone an opportunity to find a quiet place to commune with the dead. No experience is necessary and there will be paranormal equipment on hand for our guests to use. Feel free to bring your own paranormal equipment as well. NOTE: Your voice memo app on your phone is great for capturing EVPs.

12am - We wil recap the night before we say our goodbyes. Guests are invited to share their experiences. Did yours match up with anyone else's? After our discussion we will ask those NOT staying overnight to depart so that those who have rooms can TRY and get some sleep. The ghosts of the manor may have other plans. Those staying overnight are welcome to continue their investigation until 3am... if you dare.

1:11 AM seems to mark the onset of "active times" at Linville Manor. Guests report that spirits are known to gather in the lounge from 1:11AM onward through the night. It is also said that unexplained crashes can be heard in the halls after this time.

Guests who do not believe in the supernatural may choose to avoid the pink bathroom. Guests who do not believe in ghosts have been made to reconsider after a visit or two to this room.

The Library is home to a few spirits. Late at night guests report hearing a sweeping sound in this room. Also, you might be greeted by the spirit of a child ghost named Lily who happens to be fond of dogs. This is a proven very active space for paranormal investigations.

Amidst famed Revolutionary and French & Indian War soldiers in the back cemetery, there also sits a grave dedicated to "Shadow the Cat". A 19 year old cat who to this day has been seen around the premises.

The "Lurker" as he has been called, has been seem in the doorway of the ballroom, the top of the stairs, and in the conservatory bedroom. He tends to hover and watch from a distance. Psychics have provided some insight into who this spirit may be.

Late at night it is said that you can hear two men arguing in the ballroom. Occasionally a chair in the corner of the ballroom moves to look out the double doors. Some have reported the sound of a ball being dropped and rolling across the ceiling from bedrooms above.

Many guests report sensing a male prescience in the Conservatory room. Sometimes there is unexplained pressure felt in the room, and figure known as "The Lurker" appears to some guests at the foot of the bed.

Guests report an angelic prescience in this room. Wake up feeling revived and at total peace.

A mischievous force. Investigators through the years sometimes come into contact with a ghost who pretends to want to communicate, but instead enjoys messing with gear and equipment. This entity has been known to lead people around the house, but ultimately remaining anonymous.

The historic "birthing room" of the home; this room maintains a feminine energy. Guests may be awakened in the night to a pacing woman or a "mother's touch". in the early morning some have noted hearing a woman's voice. While others recall an unseen person getting into the bed with them from time to time
